Specific United Nations Laws-Statute of the International Court of Justice are Legal barrier to fix two serious Global Legal issues.

Why Hon Court of Law can never ever do justice to people –root cause is ‘Untouchable’ UN laws---based on Laws of Universe— Fundamental Medical Sciences--for two reasons
Firstly---For propagation of Human Race—the scientific process of Human Reproduction is the Supreme Laws of Universe. Basically sperm cell of Father and ovum cell of Mother unites to form embryo that grows in baby inside the womb of mother until 9 months. The Law of universe is so perfect to consume mathematically equal genetic material from both parents like 23: 23 chromosomes of parents to become 46 of baby. Even mistake of one less like 45 number or one more 47 number-- produce abnormal child. How can we Human Citizens dare to disobey Laws of Universe that created us with so mathematical precision—to obey Man made UN laws ?
This proves that laws of Medical Sciences are very sensitive at molecular levels with equal contribution of uniquely special genetic material for a child from both parents.
To settle the bitter battle of child custody the Court of Law can never grant Justice to anyone for reasons like –Judges can never separate ‘Genetic Material’ infused in the living child and return to parents claiming custody. On the top of it The Court of Law definitely grants injustice to the child and claiming parents—society at large.
Adult parents have money to pay fees of the Court—like business-- pay the fee to get certificate of Marriage and again pay fee to get Divorce—whenever they want. Poor innocent child cannot pay court fee so get victimized. The educated Society accepts it with stony silence –‘This is the Law’-- that children of divorced parents have to suffer—which law? No child has a choice to select his/ her parents—to be punished for lifetime. But educated society can never know that Grass root problem root cause is specific UN law --even though UNICEF acknowledges it as Horrendous child abuse.
Secondly—the Child is a living building block of future generations. The surrounding quality of environment provided by we adult citizens—every child’s genetic material is manifested in the form of his/her identity. Bitter Battle is itself a proof of negative impact of the surrounding environment. This is not an inborn character but learned from surroundings.
The normal healthy nurturing environment is to obey Laws of Universe BUT in Child custody battle—everyone is forced to obey laws of Court and disobey Laws of Universe. Here the Emotional Intelligence ( more powerful than physical intelligence) of the Child is traumatized continuously for years together every moment that keep growing for rest of entire life and to be continued as negative traits for his/her future generations ( more serious than terrorism)---fast growing, distorted mental Health of the society. Again the root cause is unreachable UN laws.
Remedy—Understand and learn to Obey Laws of Universe—Fundamentals of Medical Sciences --to provide nurturing environment for development of positive traits in children. We, all adult Human Citizens ( for honesty to our own existence) are accountable to stop providing damaging environment to children by obeying UN laws AND learn to provide positive environment.
